Whether you are local, travelling from far away or looking for a quick pick me up while passing through on the cycling route, this is the perfect spot to take a break, unwind and indulge in a freshly baked homemade treat.
Mum, who is our beautiful baker, does all of our baking in house. She loves to come up with new recipes, especially in the sweet treats department, but she also has a few family recipes up her sleeve that bring us all comfort. So come in to try a new creation, or a classic customer favourite.
We also have a range of preserves, fresh stonefruit, seasonal vegetables and flowers available in store for you to bring home.
Garden
As you enter the property, a beautiful walkway towards the Stone House is lined with burgundy roses and aromatic lavender. A plethora of vibrant plants and ornamental trees surround the walkway, all of which offer just a glimpse into what the main garden has to offer.
After ordering from the café, you walk through a tree covered courtyard to a structured fountain garden. The entrance garden has been designed in various shades of burgundy, purple and deep pinks, while the middle garden where the fountains are located has been planted in leafy greens and soft creamy pastels that complement the fountains.
This leads into the marquee garden with romantic soft pinks and blues with lime green accents. In the distance, a tree avenue takes your eye to the Lutyens bench. A favorite for families to stroll down or to sit under the trees in the shade and enjoy a beautiful summers day.
